Job Objective 

The Operations Analyst will support cross-functional business and operational processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and enabling better decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, process optimization mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with multiple teams including HR, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

Operational Analysis & Reporting 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 

  • Prepare dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for leadership using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets. 

  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and service quality. 

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements. 

Process Improvement 

  • Map existing workflows to identify gaps or redundancies. 

  • Propose and implement streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency. 

  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring tasks. 

  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and improve accuracy. 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Engineering, and Project Management teams to support day-to-day operations. 

  • Assist in planning and execution of internal audits and compliance checks. 

  • Track project timelines, resource allocation, and operational deliverables. 

  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth process execution. 

Data Management 

  • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance across internal systems. 

  • Analyze data inconsistencies and coordinate fixes with relevant departments. 

  • Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and centralized reporting repositories. 

Operational Support 

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities. 

  • Support vendor coordination, contract renewals, and service follow-ups. 

  • Monitor inventory, asset tracking, and procurement workflows as needed. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field. 

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Process Coordination. 

  • Experience with process mapping and reporting tools is preferred. 

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts). 

  • Experience with reporting dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio is a plus). 

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.). 

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts (budgets, expense tracking). 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 

  • Highly organized with attention to detail. 

  • Strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
