Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to support career growth and advancement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR practices are consistent with company values and culture.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or cloud-based company.
  • This job requires approximately 20% travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
