Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling).
- Manage and update job postings across platforms.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire experience.
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Recent graduate in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
