Job Objectives

We’re seeking a User Enablement Manager with hands-on experience using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) to drive user enablement, streamline onboarding, and maximize the ROI of technology investments. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of digital adoption initiatives, leveraging tools like WalkMe, Pendo, or Userpilot to create in-app guidance, interactive walkthroughs, and contextual support that empower users and remove friction from their digital experience.
User Enablement Managers play a critical role in helping organizations safeguard usability and productivity across their tech stack. You'll be responsible for ensuring that both employees and customers can successfully integrate new tools into their workflows—accelerating adoption, improving performance, and reducing barriers to success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Adoption: Lead the design and implementation of digital adoption programs that ensure users—internal and external—fully adopt and utilize our technology solutions.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training via DAPs (e.g., WalkMe, Pendo, Userpilot), e-learning platforms, in-person workshops, and other enablement channels.
  • User Experience Optimization: Create interactive product walkthroughs, guided tours, and contextual in-app messages to drive feature discovery, reduce friction, and improve satisfaction.
  • Monitor & Measure Success: Track key metrics, monitor platform usage, and evaluate the health of adoption programs. Use insights to iterate and improve.
  • Change Management: Develop adoption roadmaps, communicate progress to stakeholders, and manage resistance using change management best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Support, HR, and IT to align adoption strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure a seamless user journey
  • Documentation: Produce clear, detailed technical and user documentation to support ongoing training and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years in a digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or training-focused role
  • Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, Userpilot, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop roadmaps and execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to build trust, secure buy-in, and rally stakeholders across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics to influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured technical content for a variety of audiences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software environments and SaaS tools.
