Job Objective:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, streamlining communications, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring operational efficiency for the CRO. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-ups as needed.
Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communications with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Support planning and execution of sales strategy meetings, QBRs, and leadership offsites.
Assist with drafting correspondence, memos, and documentation.
Track key projects, deadlines, and priorities to keep the CRO informed and on track.
Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar support role; experience supporting revenue/sales leaders is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Trello).
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
