Job Objective: 

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, streamlining communications, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring operational efficiency for the CRO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can anticipate needs before they arise. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and optimize the CRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and appointments. 

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-ups as needed. 

  • Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communications with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams. 

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 

  • Support planning and execution of sales strategy meetings, QBRs, and leadership offsites. 

  • Assist with drafting correspondence, memos, and documentation. 

  • Track key projects, deadlines, and priorities to keep the CRO informed and on track. 

  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors as needed. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar support role; experience supporting revenue/sales leaders is a plus. 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication. 

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Trello). 

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

  • Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of emotional intelligence. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment. 

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
