Job Objective 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent. This role demands a deep understanding of technical skillsets, hiring trends in cloud and IT consulting, and effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will drive Cloudelligent’s growth by identifying and securing the best talent across various technical disciplines while maintaining a collaborative approach with hiring managers. 

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate and long-term hiring needs for various technical positions and define competitive hiring goals and strategies. 

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and hiring timelines. 

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive technical talent, leveraging job boards, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals. 

  • Write and optimize compelling job descriptions tailored for technical audiences, ensuring effective screening criteria and alignment with organizational needs. 

  • Screen resumes, conduct in-depth technical interviews (including behavioral and competency-based evaluations), and coordinate technical assessments as needed. 

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to schedule and manage interviews, providing guidance on interview best practices and candidate selection. 

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data integrity and proper documentation. 

  • Provide a superior candidate experience through consistent communication and timely updates. 

  • Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new hires for seamless integration into the organization. 

  • Foster relationships with external talent sources, such as universities, technical communities, and professional organizations, to ensure a steady pipeline of top-tier candidates. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for various technical roles. 

  • Proficiency with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networks, and ATS platforms. 

  • Experience in conducting structured interviews to assess technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit. 

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) and familiarity with modern technical stacks is a strong plus. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

  • Collaborative mindset with a knack for working across teams to achieve hiring goals.
