Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior HR Generalist to oversee and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with policies and best practices. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and goals.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Administer health plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
  • Generate reports for decision-making and ensure HR processes align with compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role, preferably in a technology or cloud-based company.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Bamboo HR or similar platforms).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Good to have certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
  • Experience designing and implementing employee engagement and training programs.
